Halloween Costumes.

Can any other super hero make for a more awesome Halloween costume? I doubt it.

Even the crappiest Batman costume is better than the best Superman costume. For example, look at the one on the left. All he needs are some black gloves, then BAM! Instant Batman. You show up somewhere with one of these get ups, and you won't hear: "Oh, look. Steve is here." You'll hear: "Holy crap! Check out the Batman!" For anyone who has been Batman before, you probably remember it fondly as one of your best costume choices ever. If not, then you must have done it wrong.

Reason #1

No Superpowers.

Having no super powers, but still being called one of the best "super heroes" is totally awesome.

Seriously. Who else can claim that? Iron Man, you say? Well guess what. Iron Man is just a suit. Batman is a man. Take Tony Stark out of his suit, and he is no longer Iron Man. He's just some skirt chasing alcoholic with a weak heart that'll kill him if he gets too stressed out. Take off Batman's suit? He's still the goddamn Batman.

Heroes who are lucky enough to have powers are only doing what comes natural to them.

Hell no, Clark. And thats the point. Bruce Wayne didn't become Batman by an accident. He wasn't bitten by a radioactive bat, or born with any special abilities. He is simply a man who through sheer force of will, rose up from tragedy to become the highest possible example of human potential. With or without a costume. How is that not awesome?

Why this Blog is Awesome

So I was talking to my girlfriend about Batman one day, and she didn't look too interested. When I asked her what her problem was, she told me that she just didn't think Batman was "that awesome." Well I decided then and there to make a blog to show the world all the reasons why Batman is awesome.
